I can highly recommend this book to any woman who wants to shed a few pounds gained along the way (over 40 or not)!It's not that there is anything revolutionary about it, it just reminds you in a positive way about everything you ever learned about healthy eating and exercise...plus a few extra gems that you didn't know about.Which is not to give it justice.I love how the book is very practical and helps you make your own plan that you can live with.I use the weekly planning sheets and daily tracking sheets religiously.My husband has laughed at my ridiculous calorie-counting, but, you know, it works and so I'm sticking with it!!10 pounds down, 7 to go!
The book is very well thought-out and offers something for everybody.It's just what I was looking for.
