Although I am not a die hard zone fanatic, this book allows me to eat a balanced and delicious meal.The receipes are fast, easy to follow, and loved by my whole family (including my choosy children). The best receipeis on page 112, szechuan chicken, the best i've ever had.OPRAH NEEDS THISBOOK.
