This diet is user friendly after you learn how to structure your meals.I noticed a big difference between this program and other diets I tried, in that I lost weight quickly and felt great.The books speaks about "bulking up" a meal.I suggest you do this and you feel full for about 4 to 5 hours between meals.Not feeling hungry really helps.This is a very down to earth and effective program.The main thing is I dropped 30 pounds in about 2 1/2 months.This program really is effective, but make sure you follow the instructions carefully for best results.
