I started the Atkins diet about a month ago and lost over 22 pounds since.And this book helped me do it!There are so many recipes for beef,chicken and pork, I've used the book now for 3 weeks and haven't repeated arecipe (if I did, I wanted too!) and I haven't been disappointed.The bookclearly states the guidlines for the carb count, and very few are over 10grams per serving, so this book is a MUST for the Induction Dieters! I'veenjoyed things like chicken in a white wine-cream sauce with mushrooms; aham steak with a cream-mustard sauce; and chicken breasts stuffed withcream cheese covered with mozarella.My husband and I keep asking eachother, "Are we really dieting!
