Review of The Diet Smart Plan (Paperback)

I hadn't heard too much about this book until a relative had lost over 20 lbs using this plan.I was glad to see that this guy gets it.A diet should not be a starvation plan and should be easy for everyday people who have real lives to lose weight without going to extremes.

The book was easy to follow, didn't try to be condesending and beat you over the head with nutrional and metabolism jargon.It is simple and straightforward with easy guidelines.The author states an idea once and doesn't dwell on it for page after page.There are a few recipes, but not hundreds with strange ingredients that you have to go all over to find. And most of all, I am in my second week of the diet and it seems to be working.
