First letme say that there are many books written on Type 2 diabetes but most are US authors. Its great to have a book written for Canadian.There are some subtle differences on how the US and Canadians approach diabetes as well as some of the products that are available.
This book offers up the standard fair for diabetics.So like many of the other books on the market it really is not that much difference.What sets the book apart is that it uses Canadian References, measurements and guidelines.This is important to know when you are trying to research the diease.
If you are going to get one book and are Canadian this book would be the one to buy, it offers up a wide variety of subjects.From What is Diabetes, diet, exercise, medicines and how to live with the diasease.
