Ms. Cox does a great job of spelling out what it takes to achieve and maintain a healthy body.It's an easy read (one sitting!) and so many of her "tips" have stuck with me....I have made several changes to our family's eating habits since reading it - I think that this is a great resource not just for people wanting to lose weight, but for anyone who wishes for a healthier, longer life.
