I discovered this wonderful book at a fitness exposition, and have been preaching it's usefulness ever since.I am a personal trainer and experienced weight lifter.After reading this book, I understand my bodyso much more. Do you know someone who skips meals to lose weight, but neverreaches their goal?This book will easily explain why and teach them theproper way to lose weight without skipping meals.
