There are healthy combinations for smoothies and juices.If you're going very low carb this may not work for you.However, the drinks range from 5 to 12 carbs... with a few at 14.Given what many smoothies are carb wise... this is great! I'm pleased to have this book and perhaps this will be great for you too!
