Review of Diets Make You Fat: Eating Makes You Skinny (Paperback)

I read "Las Dietas Engordan, Comer Adelgaza" (Diets Make You Fat, Eating Makes You Skinny), and followed Dr. Bolio's diet. It's amazing! Not only you loose weight, you loose it in specific areas, so you get skinny but well shaped.
I liked his second book better "Que hacen los Malditos Flacos para estar Flacos"because it is easier to follow. I work, I have two little ones, and my life is extremely busy. I wish he could have an English version too.
If you have the time to prepare your meals, try his method in Diets Make You Fat.... you'll see AMAZING results soon enough to keep going and don't loose motivation.
I'm happy to see that he has a book written in English, b/c maybe I can find recipes that are easier to find in the States. Here I have problems finding "nopales" (cactus).
This diet really works, your fat will just melt. AND best of all, you are never hungry, in fact, you always feel full.
