Finally, someone has the common sense to give those of us metabolically "unfortunate" types a GREAT book so we can make fabulous LOW carb HIGH protein diets at home.
If you're like me, you're just as frustrated when you learn most of the current protein diet books only tells us to "Eat meat. Don't eat bread, pasta or rice."(Like: Duh!)

The recipes are easy to read, and even easy to prepare.Even if you're all thumbs in the kitchen, you'll benefit from this protein cook book as I did. My hats off to this author!:-)
I mean no offense to the Eades books (authors), butthere's lots of us out here that couldn't care less about "arocondic acid" or "good or bad acosnoids." (Even though I spelled them wrong.)
We just want to know the foods we should eat, and those we shouldn't if we want to lose weight.
