Review of The Skinny Book: The 6-Step Methodology for Weight Management (Paperback)

I read The Skinny Book and was amazed at how the author was able to break down all the factors that affect weight management into it's simple compenents and offer clear explanation to somebody like me that knows very little about the subject.I was not interested in a very long and drawn out book with too much detail. The Skinny Book is concise at 96 pages and gives all the information I needed to understand weight management better.

The approach in the book explains all the different methods that are available to reduce weight. This is definately a book that one should read before starting any diet or exercise program. The Skinny Book complements programs such as the South Beach Diet and Weight Watchers. After reading this book and following its guidelines, you will be able to determine the best approach to reducing or managing your weight.

The fact that over 90% of the author's patients have succesfully lost significant weight attests to the quality of information being offered.
