Review of The No Diet, Diet! (Paperback)

Let me start by saying that I don't generally enjoy reading diet books, as they tend to complicate things. When diets become too complicated, too time consuming, or too restrictive, people are less likely to make it a lifelong process. However, this is not your average diet book; it is about a way of life. It shows the importance of the Mind-Body connection, when setting out to do anything in life, including dieting. It speaks of setting goals, which are reached by setting clear and positive intentions and following through with them. It also speaks of finding someone who will hold you accountable. By doing so, you can set the tone for all aspects of life. To me, this is the recipe for a "Yes, Yes diet".
