Found the book was easy to read and understand.By following the suggestions re foods, meals, etc., I was able to lose 25 pounds in three months and never felt that I was really on a restrictive diet.Both the Atkins and South Beach diets did nothing for me.Besides not losing any significant weight, I always felt hungry.
